"Fortunata" is cinematographer Paweł Banasiak’s debut film about former model Ania Golędzinowska, a Polish woman living in Italy. For those who recognize her name from the media she may also be known as a "Catholic Celebrity". Her story is one with twisting and winding roads, one where she begins as a girl who survived the legendary Italian parties from the “bunga-bunga” times and decides to trade this for a Monestary in Medjugorie, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
